Hi there! I'm Princess, a 2-year-old 43 pound husky with a heart full of love and a zest for life. Let me tell you a bit about myself, and you'll see why I'm the perfect addition to your family.

I'm spayed, up to date on all my vaccines, and microchipped. Plus, I'm good with cats! Yep, you read that right—I get along well with those feline friends. I've got a sweetheart personality and I'm always eager to please.

I’ve learned to appreciate the boundaries set by my humans. I sleep in my crate at night and go in there when they leave the house. While the crate isn't my favorite place, I do go in like a good girl. Sometimes, I need to go out for a potty break between 1am and 3am, and I usually wake up around 5am. I'm still learning to ask when I need to go outside, but I'm getting the hang of it!

In just under two weeks with my new family, I’ve made great progress. I've had a couple of accidents at first, but now I seem to have figured it out. I get along well with other dogs, although I might guard my resources occasionally. But don't worry, a firm redirection does the trick.

I love to eat and I'm a great cuddler. I get along famously with my human's son and, of course, the cats. Leash walking is my current challenge—I'm strong and I get so excited that I pull and try to chase after squirrels (they’re just so tempting!). Treats help a lot with my training.

When I'm not zooming around, I’m pretty laid-back for a husky. I love chilling on the couch with my humans. I don't snuggle much, but I love to be around you and will happily lie next to you.

I'm a work in progress, but with a bit of patience and some training classes, I know I'll be the best companion ever. Loud noises might make me skittish, but I'm not afraid of the vacuum. And guess what? You can raise boxes over me and I won’t move an inch!
