Hi, I’m Kilua! I’m a 10-month-old Husky puppy full of energy, love, and a playful spirit. I adore humans and follow my foster mom everywhere like her little shadow. I’ll even nudge your hand with my nose to let you know it’s cuddle time—head pats are the best!
Playtime is my favorite, especially wrestling and running with my foster brothers. I get so excited that I can be a bit rough, so I might not be the best match for small dogs. I haven’t met any cats yet, so I’m not sure how I’d do with them.
I’ve been working hard on my manners. Leash training is new for me, and there’s so much to explore outside—it’s so exciting! I’m also practicing not jumping up on people when I’m excited, though I still forget sometimes. Because of this, I might be a little too enthusiastic for small children.
I’m housetrained, and while my crate isn’t my favorite, I’m learning it’s my safe space when my foster family has visitors or leaves the house. It’s much easier for me when I have company—whether it’s a human or another dog.
Toys are my absolute favorite! Whether it’s lounging with a chew toy, playing tug-of-war, or showing off my fetch skills, I’m always ready for fun.
